Fair competition among competitors since it's level playing same level 4. To form a better team for later times. Benefits: 1. It allowed more students to play because each level can form multiple teams 2. It helped the department discover new talent easier rather than calling out for training. 3. It created bond among course mate 4. Prizes were given to encourage th players to participate more. 5. It allowed the players to relieve themselves from School stress. .
